He is a Globally Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Business Strategist with significant exposure and experience in helping individuals and organizations overcome the fear of starting.  He helps find clarity and provides support in co-creating an easily attainable plan with his C.L.A.I.M.S. Methodology. Oluseye as a business coach and management consultant has led corporate strategy across the financial services, hospitality, energy, tourism, haulage, and logistics space to mention a few.
